Standard Regular Cleaning

Our Regular Cleaning Includes:

  • dusting furniture, shelves, windowsills.

  • vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors.

  • General tidying of all rooms (living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) 

  • Wipe down and sanitizing of all counters and surfaces.

  •  Pet hair removal.

  •  fridge/oven/microwave exterior cleaning.

  •  Deep scrubbing bathrooms. (includes sinks, faucets, showers, tubs, toilets) 

  • Trash removal.

  • Changing sheets if provided.

  • Disinfecting doorknobs and light switches.

Regular Cleaning Exclusions:

  • Deep cleaning of appliance interiors. (microwave, fridge, oven, etc.)

  • Interior Glass Windows.

  • Organizing, dishwashing or laundry.

Note: excluded services may be added for additional cost.

$350 Booking Minimum required.

$$ Flat Rate Price Based on First Time/One Time, Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly Service.

Deep Cleaning

Our Deep Cleaning Includes:(Recommended for Move-In/Outs)

  • Comprehensive cleaning of surfaces, floors, appliances, baseboards, windowsills, and vents.  

  • Fan dusting.

  • Deep scrubbing of kitchens and bathrooms. (includes sinks, faucets, showers, tubs, toilets) 

  • Includes all tasks from regular cleaning ◦ dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general tidying of all rooms (living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) 

  • Pet hair removal.

  • fridge/oven/microwave exterior cleaning.  

  • Deep cleaning of appliance interiors (fridge, oven, microwave etc.)

  • Deep clean interior windows/blinds.

  • Interior/exterior Sliding Glass Door.

  • Trash removal.

  • Changing sheets if provided.

  • Disinfecting doorknobs and light switches.

Deep Cleaning Exclusions:

  • Organizing, dishwashing or laundry.

  • Deep Carpet Cleaning.

$450 Booking Minimum required.

Square Footage Price Range:

  • 500-1,000 sq ft. / $450-$750

  • 1,000-1,500 sq ft. / $750-$950

  • 1,500-2,000 sq ft. / $830-$1,350

  • 2,000-2,500 sq ft. / $950-$1,450

  • 2,500-3,000 sq ft. / $1,100-$1,550

  • 3,000+ sq ft. / $1,400+

Post-Construction Cleaning

Our Post-Construction Cleaning Includes:

  • All tasks from Regular Cleaning and Deep Cleaning.

  • Deep Vacuuming of all particles, debris and dust.

  • Wipe down of all windows and surfaces.

  • Buff and shine all floors.

  • Freshen air quality and smell.

Please contact us for more information about our post-construction clean up and commercial cleaning.

Service Exclusions:

  • Laundry, folding or organizing is not included in any service unless requested by the client for an additional cost.

  • Deep Carpet cleaning is a separate service and price.

  • Chandelier, curio cabinets or fine dishware cabinet dusting is not included in any service.

  • Excessive mold, mildew or hard water spots may not be fully removed.

  • Our products are mostly non toxic/ non-abrasive and will not remove all tough stains.

  • We do not descale shower heads, faucets, water dispensers or other calcified buildup.

  • We do not clean biohazards including bodily fluids, pet waste and toxic chemicals.
